What sets our service apart is the ability to load and deliver goods outside regular working hours, when other options are unavailable. Between 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM, we ensure your express shipments reach their specified destination promptly and reliably.

Transportation Terms and Pricing Details
All transport within Estonia is in accordance with the agreements of the CMR convention and is covered by the maximum liability of the carrier - 8.33 SDR/kg in road transport. As an additional service, we offer cargo insurance to fully protect the customer's goods during transportation.

The cost of transport is EUR 1.00 per kilometer from the start of the journey to the loading point until the delivery of the goods at the destination.
Additional notes:
- The package must be easily portable by one person.
- The shipment may consist of several packages.
- There is a free waiting time of 15 minutes for loading and unloading, after which an hourly rate of EUR 1.00 per minute applies.
- If the place of delivery of the goods is not located in Harju County, then the transport tariff will stop when the van has reached the border of Harju County.

Since the transport takes place outside working hours, the arrival to load It can take up to 3 hours from Tallinn to distant places in Estonia. Please take this into account when ordering transport.
If it is a heavy item, the sender and receiver are responsible for lifting and the necessary equipment at the loading and unloading points.
AT-Kuller has the right to refuse the order if the data on the order is incorrect, the goods do not meet the required characteristics (dangerous to breathing, unstable composition, packaging leaks, etc.) or at the time of placing the order, all drivers and vans are reserved with orders.
